About Dental Infusion

Dental infusion should be offered when performing any lip enhancement, where a safe medical history allows.

 

Dental infusion offers maximum comfort to your client and creates a stable working environment when dealing with this extremely sensitive area enabling you to work on a relaxed, still face.

Dental infusion numbs the upper and lower lips and

naso-labial folds, treatments can be performed without the need of topical anaesthesias.

The aim of the course is to allow you to be confident performing simple, safe facial anaesthesia to enhance your treatments.

The Treatment


Although dental infusion is not mandatory, it may not be possible to work on some clients due to excessive movements by them when having lips filled.

What can be achieved with Dental Infusion:

Course Objectives:


1. Demonstrate knowledge of the pharmacology and

   mechanics of LNI
2. Demonstrate knowledge of the theory behind delivering

   a safe and effective anaesthesia
3. Discuss how to deal with any adverse effects and

    complications
4. Demonstrate knowledge of the correct injection

   techniques associated with the procedure
5. Demonstrate knowledge of topical anaesthesia
6. Discuss the legal requirements & Insurance
7. Conduct a client examination & consent
8. Practice a dental infusion
